About the role
- Administrative role for the operational area of the internal ALS ordering platform ("WPS") as directed
- Creation and maintenance of supplier and user guides
- Handling general tasks related to fleet management
- Communication with customers and suppliers
- Support of central, group-wide and decentralized site-based purchasing
- Support for international purchasing operations
- Assistance with tender processes
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk) or equivalent professional experience or further qualifications
- Experience in procurement/purchasing advantageous
- Strong self-organization and a structured, conscientious way of working
- Ability to assert the requirements of the work area while maintaining a service-oriented approach
- Advanced IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel and specialist software)
- Proficient German skills in both social and professional contexts (at least C1 level in spoken and written German)
- Good English skills for international communication within the group
