About the role

  • Support in projects in the field of ground engineering / geotechnics (preparation and compilation of geotechnical reports and foundation engineering calculations / recommendations, excavation approvals, geotechnical construction supervision)
  • Planning and development of investigation concepts and overseeing their implementation
  • Maintaining and expanding business relationships with our clients
  • Acting as the interface to specialist planners and advising clients and site managers
  • Participating in winning contracts, negotiations and coordination with our clients, project partners and authorities
  • Managing resource allocation, including coordination of subcontractors on your projects

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in geosciences or civil engineering with a focus on geotechnics/earthworks, or equivalent
  • Several years of professional / practical experience in the described areas and ready for the next career step (desirable)
  • Interest in a mix of on-site and office work
  • Experience in client support and acquiring new clients
  • Organizational and communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proficient German language skills, both socially and professionally (at least C1 level in spoken and written)
  • Confident use of MS Office programs and, where applicable, knowledge of geotechnical software (GGU programs) and tendering software
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
