About the role
- Leading and executing new projects of the Geology department at the Berlin-Adlershof location
- Managing and advising existing and new clients
- Responsibility for revenue and financial results
- Managing subcontractors for laboratory and drilling work in your projects
Requirements
- Degree in geosciences, geology, civil engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Professional experience in the relevant field
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, and goal-oriented working style
- Confident in interactions with clients and colleagues
- Strong communication skills
- Initiative, commitment, reliability, and the ability to self-manage
- Good IT skills
- German language skills: at least C2 level, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel locally (within commuting distance)
- Driving licence class B (car)
