About the role

  • Lead and execute varied projects within the Geology department (contaminated sites, geotechnics, soil and groundwater) at the Bochum office
  • Support and advise existing and new clients
  • Regularly review project and client development within own portfolio
  • Responsible for revenue and results
  • Regular exchange with department management to define sales actions

Requirements

  • University degree in geology, geosciences, civil engineering, environmental engineering (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Professional experience in the mentioned field is an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive action and goal-oriented work as well as a high level of result and cost awareness
  • Confident handling of customers and employees
  • Strong communication skills
  • Initiative, commitment, reliability and the ability to self-manage
  • Good IT skills
  • German language skills: at least C2 level in spoken and written (fluent communication in complex situations and subject areas)
  • Willingness to travel locally and driving license class B
