About the role
- Lead and execute varied projects within the Geology department (contaminated sites, geotechnics, soil and groundwater) at the Bochum office
- Support and advise existing and new clients
- Regularly review project and client development within own portfolio
- Responsible for revenue and results
- Regular exchange with department management to define sales actions
Requirements
- University degree in geology, geosciences, civil engineering, environmental engineering (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Professional experience in the mentioned field is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive action and goal-oriented work as well as a high level of result and cost awareness
- Confident handling of customers and employees
- Strong communication skills
- Initiative, commitment, reliability and the ability to self-manage
- Good IT skills
- German language skills: at least C2 level in spoken and written (fluent communication in complex situations and subject areas)
- Willingness to travel locally and driving license class B
