About the role

  • You acquire projects in the services area “building contaminant remediation and deconstruction”
  • You manage ongoing sales activities in the regions, including coordination of national and regional sales projects
  • You are independently responsible for both new customer acquisition and the support and development of existing customers
  • You use trade shows and conferences to actively build a professional network
  • You market the services developed and identify potential opportunities
  • You prepare sales plans and reports
  • You analyze market and customer developments with the aim of developing, implementing and further advancing our sales strategy and service portfolio

Requirements

  • Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry, biology, geology (m/f/d) or another natural science or engineering degree with relevant professional experience
  • Professional experience in the industry or in sales is an advantage — however, motivated career starters (m/f/d) are also welcome
  • Strong sales affinity as well as technical expertise
  • Business and commercial awareness
  • Strong communication skills and social competence to build new networks and maintain customer relationships
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Organizational skills, self-management and a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent presentation skills and IT proficiency
  • Proficient German skills for social and professional use (minimum C1 level in spoken and written German)
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and a valid driving license (Class B)
