About the role
- Support in time data management, including maintaining absences and sickness notifications for the German locations
- Support in maintaining and monitoring time accounts (e.g., overtime & vacation)
- Assist in preparing reports and analyses for the HR department
- Assist in managing Company Reintegration Management (BEM) and support administration of parental leave and maternity protection
- Assist in preparing and processing certificates
- Support in drafting employment references
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, social sciences, or a comparable field
- Interest in HR processes and administrative tasks
- Initial practical experience in human resources is advantageous
- Careful, structured, and detail-oriented working style, with strong communication and service orientation
- Confident user of MS Office and, ideally, HR systems (e.g., SAP, HRWorks, Workday)
- Excellent German language skills and strong English skills, both written and spoken
