About the role
- Lead and develop campaigns in close coordination with Media Buying.
- Conceptualize creatives (image & video) for campaigns, ads and promotions.
- Build and evolve our content strategy for paid channels (social ads, display, performance channels).
- Analyze trends, target audiences and competitors to derive creative, data-driven insights.
- Develop and present innovative ideas, storylines and concepts for brand and performance campaigns.
- Work closely with our Media Buying team as well as Design and Copy to optimally combine creativity and performance.
Requirements
- Experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or campaign management (ideally in e-commerce).
- Strong skills in conceptualizing image and video creatives.
- Good eye for trends, brand aesthetics and audience targeting.
- Analytical thinking combined with creativity – you can interpret data and draw creative conclusions.
- Experience collaborating with media buyers, design and content teams.
- Structured, proactive work style and ability to present ideas convincingly.
