💰 $95,000 - $120,000 per year

About the role

  • - Lead scheduled, consultative conversations with customers (phone or video)
  • - Ask thoughtful questions to understand usage patterns, priorities, and constraints
  • - Design 2–3 intentional system approaches rather than a single “answer”
  • - Explain trade-offs between comfort, efficiency, cost, aesthetics, reliability, and installation complexity
  • - Recommend a best-fit solution based on customer values, not price alone
  • - Produce a clear, structured design summary for the Sales team to finalize the order
  • - Act as a calm, trusted guide through a complex, high-stakes decision

Requirements

  • - Experience in consulting, systems design, technical advising, architecture, engineering, building science, or other analytical fields is a plus
  • - HVAC experience is helpful but not required
  • - Strong reasoning ability, communication skills, and a learning mindset matter more than industry background
