About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the launch of select AI features from positioning through execution, developing messaging, GTM strategy, and market narrative for smaller launches, with increasing ownership of bigger launches over time
- Collaborate with revenue, enablement, and marketing teams on adoption and education programs for new AI features
- Partner with product managers on roadmap developments and strategic initiatives
- Monitor campaign, revenue, and product performance and analyze customer feedback to influence product roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain a repeatable process for synthesizing market signals, competitive developments, and customer feedback into summaries for product and executive stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years in product marketing or an adjacent role such as product management, solutions engineering, or customer success
- Ideally experience at a B2B SaaS company where AI for knowledge work was central to the product
- Strong track record of using customer insights to inform messaging, product development, and campaign strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- Ability to synthesize product usage data and customer feedback into actionable insights and recommendations
- Comfortable working with tools such as Tableau, Gong, or similar
- Ability to articulate product/market value propositions and contribute to product strategy
- Ability to take ownership, flag blockers early, and find a way forward
