About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cultivate and maintain understanding of topics driving assigned industry verticals
- Create new research projects based on guidance and platform demand
- Populate project angles and vetting questions based on sector dynamics
- Vet and QA expert profiles sourced by Analysts
- Run regular pod huddles to evaluate project statuses
- Monitor scheduling, compliance, expert rates, and call numbers
- Manage load-balancing across pod and assign projects to analysts
- Maintain understanding of expertise relevant to sector coverage
- Incorporate client feedback into ongoing project work
