Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in product design
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
Deep expertise in designing end-to-end customer workflows
Highly proficient in design and prototyping tools
Strong collaboration with engineering teams
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Actively leverage AI to augment your design process
Strong awareness of emerging AI and search technologies
Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end
Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing other designers
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Highly curious, thoughtful, and driven
Experience in financial services, investment workflows, or data-heavy SaaS products is a plus.
