About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver exceptional technical support as a second line of defense
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in SaaS and private cloud environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer & Product Support, Product and Engineering
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by creating support documentation and tutorials
- Advocate for customers by representing their voices in internal discussions
- Continuously build product knowledge and stay updated on new features
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years in technical support, IT operations, or a related field
- Strong communicator able to distill complex technical concepts
- Proactive and customer-first mindset
- Adaptable and eager to learn
- Experience with CLI tools (e.g., kubectl, awscli)
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Knowledge of GraphQL, REST APIs, and MCP troubleshooting
- Understanding of LLMs, alerting/logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
