About the role
- define and execute the roadmap for our Product Analytics function
- act as a thought partner to Product leadership
- lead the effort to translate complex data analysis into clear, concise, and compelling narratives
- deeply understand, define, and track key product and business metrics (KPIs)
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Analytics or a related data-focused field
- significant experience in a leadership or Director-level capacity, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of analysts, ideally with experience managing global or remote teams
- expert-level proficiency in SQL
- advanced experience creating impactful dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or equivalent BI platforms
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting complex data insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- demonstrated ability to understand product strategy and key metrics
