About the role
- Manage a group of Account Executives selling to Fortune 1000 and mid market accounts
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactical plans
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for cohesive efforts
- Report on execution progress and forecast accurately
- Ensure team meets or exceeds quotas
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing a team who meets/exceeds targets in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to articulate sales strategies and activities that lead to success
- Strong work ethic, initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment
- Intellectually curious with strong questioning skills
- Ability to use data and insights for sales strategy adjustments
- Knowledge of personas we sell into including Corporate Strategy and Market Intelligence
