About the role

  • Manage a group of Account Executives selling to Fortune 1000 and mid market accounts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactical plans
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for cohesive efforts
  • Report on execution progress and forecast accurately
  • Ensure team meets or exceeds quotas

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing a team who meets/exceeds targets in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to articulate sales strategies and activities that lead to success
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment
  • Intellectually curious with strong questioning skills
  • Ability to use data and insights for sales strategy adjustments
  • Knowledge of personas we sell into including Corporate Strategy and Market Intelligence
