About the role
- Holistic management of the operational procurement process for goods and operating supplies (ordering, processing, obtaining quotes and evaluating them)
- Negotiation of prices and master agreements with suppliers
- Processing of order confirmations
- Monitoring of delivery dates
- Point of contact for all technical matters in Central Purchasing for colleagues, customers and service providers
- Organization and execution of service tasks
- Liaison to all service and partner companies
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Good technical understanding (ideally related to automotive retail) and the ability to identify technical and commercial interrelationships
- Confident user of common MS Office programs
- Ability to work independently as well as strong team and communication skills
- Customer-oriented and responsible working approach
