About the role
- Telephone acquisition of new customers through the company group’s dealership network
- Active telephone-based advice and support of customers in the area of motor vehicle insurance, from contract setup to claims settlement
- Management of existing customer portfolios
Requirements
- Experience in customer acquisition and customer service is an advantage
- Goal-oriented, independent working style and a quick grasp of new topics
