About the role

  • Holistic management of the operational procurement process for goods and operating supplies (ordering, processing, obtaining quotations and evaluating them)
  • Negotiation of prices and framework agreements with suppliers
  • Processing of order confirmations
  • Monitoring of delivery dates
  • Point of contact for all technical matters within Central Purchasing for colleagues, customers and service providers
  • Organization and execution of service activities
  • Liaison with all service and partner companies

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or a comparable qualification
  • Good technical understanding (preferably related to the automotive trade) and the ability to identify technical and commercial interrelationships
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently as well as strong team and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and responsible approach to work
