About the role
- Managing a defined group of employees, from preparing employment contracts to executing various HR processes and labour law measures
- Acting as the first point of contact for our specialist staff and managers in all operational and personnel matters
- Ongoing and on-demand preparation of statistics and analyses
- Active participation in HR projects and in the further development of HR processes
Requirements
- Completed university degree or commercial vocational training
- Professional experience in operational HR desirable
- Knowledge of employment law, payroll tax and social security regulations
- Structured, self-reliant working style with a high standard of quality
