About the role
- In the System Integration specialization, you plan and configure IT systems.
- You connect hardware and software components to create complex systems.
- You operate and administer IT systems and act as an internal service provider.
- You identify and resolve faults or malfunctions using expert and diagnostic systems.
- In addition, you advise users on the use of devices and resolve application and system issues.
- Creating system documentation and training users during new rollouts is also part of your responsibilities.
