About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the functional development of our Odoo ERP system with a focus on financial processes
- Lead end-to-end development and collaborate with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders
- Independently prioritize requirements and ensure clear documentation
- Continuously improve the issue board with a clear structure
- Monitor scope, schedule, and budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo
- Senior-level expertise in accounting and finance within an ERP context
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional approaches (e.g., Waterfall)
- Assertiveness combined with an analytical and structured working style
- Background in economics or a degree in STEM / Business (or equivalent qualification)
- Excellent English skills; French is a plus; German is advantageous
