About the role
- To support our international sales cluster, we are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) to assist our Sales team and help build continuous international Trade Marketing.
- You will work closely with the International Sales team and primarily support recurring, process-related and organizational tasks.
- These tasks include maintaining and updating the central Brand Hub and assisting with the further development of the SharePoint structure.
- Performing quality checks and ensuring a consistent structure and naming conventions.
- Regular uploading of assets (e.g., product images, brochures, sales materials) and support with trade show and POS materials for our international partners.
- Organizing merchandising requests and coordinating requirements with the international Sales teams.
- Maintaining updates in SharePoint and creating basic text and email templates.
- Preparing small quarterly overviews of asset and cluster usage, collecting feedback and deriving small optimization suggestions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Management or a comparable field.
- Structured and independent working style.
- Enjoyment of organization, content maintenance and recurring tasks.
- Excellent German and English skills are required.
- Confident use of MS Office; initial experience with SharePoint is a plus.
- High motivation, willingness to learn and enjoyment of teamwork.
