About the role

  • Support Chief Brand Officer and Brand Directors in making data-driven decisions across brand portfolio
  • Based in central Business Intelligence team and work closely with Brand Department as main business partner
  • Combine financial analysis, performance marketing evaluation, customer insight reporting and AI-driven analytics
  • Partner on P&L analyses, ROI modelling, and financial reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track brand and marketing performance (e.g. CAC, CLV, ROAS, brand equity metrics)
  • Consolidate and analyze customer insights from tracking tools, surveys, and consumer panels
  • Explore and apply AI-powered tools (predictive analytics, advanced data modeling, automation of reporting tasks)
  • Deliver clear, concise presentations and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to align data and insights

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in business analysis, FP&A, or marketing analytics (FMCG, eCommerce, or consulting background is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of financial modelling, P&L structures, and margin analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of brand building and marketing concepts
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a clear, actionable way to stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
