About the role
- Develop and grow business relationships with financial advisors, plan sponsors, and other referral sources
- Promote retirement plan administration services and solutions to prospective clients
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing agreements
- Attend in-person meetings, networking events, and industry functions within Indiana
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Track performance metrics and provide reporting on business development activities
Requirements
- Proven sales or business development experience (financial services or retirement industry preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
