About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build candidate pipelines for multiple open positions.
- Continuously identify new talent for difficult-to-fill roles.
- Make outbound phone calls to prospective candidates.
- Contact candidates by email and text message.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate relevant experience, technical qualifications, industry background, compensation expectations, availability, and interest in the opportunity.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update candidate activity within our recruiting platform.
- Prepare candidate summaries and recruiting notes and coordinate with Account Managers throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar ATS platforms.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office.
