About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
Build candidate pipelines for multiple open positions.
Continuously identify new talent for difficult-to-fill roles.
Make outbound phone calls to prospective candidates.
Contact candidates by email and text message.
Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate relevant experience, technical qualifications, industry background, compensation expectations, availability, and interest in the opportunity.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update candidate activity within our recruiting platform.
Prepare candidate summaries and recruiting notes and coordinate with Account Managers throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar ATS platforms.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office.
