About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Follow up with warm inbound leads promptly.
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospective clients.
- Understand hiring challenges and recruiting needs.
- Present AlphaHire’s recruiting services and value proposition.
- Answer client questions regarding our recruiting process.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Lead kickoff meetings with new clients.
- Gather detailed hiring requirements.
- Collect job descriptions and key hiring information.
- Coordinate signed agreements and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure a smooth transition to the Account Manager.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Track lead status and follow-up activities.
- Schedule meetings and client calls.
- Prepare proposals and recruiting agreements.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the Managing Partner and Account Managers.
- Communicate client priorities and expectations.
- Assist with improving sales processes and client experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client relationship experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience conducting meetings via Zoom or Google Meet.
- Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based business owners and executives.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office.
