About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Follow up with warm inbound leads promptly.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospective clients.
  • Understand hiring challenges and recruiting needs.
  • Present AlphaHire’s recruiting services and value proposition.
  • Answer client questions regarding our recruiting process.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Lead kickoff meetings with new clients.
  • Gather detailed hiring requirements.
  • Collect job descriptions and key hiring information.
  • Coordinate signed agreements and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to the Account Manager.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Track lead status and follow-up activities.
  • Schedule meetings and client calls.
  • Prepare proposals and recruiting agreements.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the Managing Partner and Account Managers.
  • Communicate client priorities and expectations.
  • Assist with improving sales processes and client experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client relationship experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience conducting meetings via Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based business owners and executives.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office.
