About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source candidates for construction and engineering roles including Project Managers, Estimators, and field leadership positions
- Build targeted candidate lists using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and Boolean search techniques
- Identify and engage passive candidates through email, phone, and messaging outreach
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and track outreach activity within the ATS
- Qualify candidates based on role requirements before passing to recruiters or account managers
- Continuously refine search strategies based on role feedback and market conditions
- Conduct market mapping to identify competitors and talent pools in specific regions
- Collaborate with recruiters to align on candidate profiles and submission priorities
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining consistent sourcing output
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of sourcing experience in recruiting or staffing environments
- Experience sourcing for construction, engineering, or skilled trades roles preferred
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques
- Ability to identify and engage passive candidates effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or high-volume recruiting environment
- Must have direct sourcing experience (not only coordination or administrative support)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
