About the role
- Own the operational strategy behind the company’s go-to-market motion across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop revenue plans, territory models, and capacity planning frameworks.
- Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning processes.
- Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations organization covering Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success Ops.
- Establish scalable operational frameworks supporting enterprise and mid-market revenue teams.
- Standardize KPIs, reporting structures, and performance dashboards across the GTM organization.
- Implement data-driven forecasting methodologies to improve revenue predictability.
- Develop advanced analytics and reporting across pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and sales productivity.
- Deliver executive-level insights to inform strategic decision making.
- Own the architecture and optimization of the revenue technology stack (CRM, sales engagement platforms, marketing automation, BI tools).
- Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and GTM productivity.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product leadership to align revenue operations with company growth goals.
- Drive operational excellence across the entire revenue lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
- 5+ years leading Revenue Operations or GTM strategy teams
- Experience scaling revenue organizations in cloud computing, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Strong expertise in pipeline analytics, forecasting models, and revenue performance metrics
- Experience implementing and optimizing CRM and revenue technology stacks
- Proven ability to translate strategic initiatives into operational execution
- Experience supporting high-growth technology companies
