About the role
- Serve as Medical Director and supervising physician in accordance with Florida regulations
- Establish clinical protocols for peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and related treatments
- Oversee patient safety, quality of care, and clinical documentation standards
- Review and approve treatment plans where required
- Ensure compliance with Florida Board of Medicine, DEA, and applicable state/federal regulations
- Guide prescribing practices and pharmacy relationships (503A/503B as applicable)
- Collaborate in designing the clinical model, services offered, and patient flow
- Advise on scope expansion (IV therapy, weight optimization, regenerative services, etc.)
- Provide clinical input on pricing, service mix, and scalability
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and leadership to scale responsibly
- Support provider hiring, training, and ongoing clinical education
- Represent the clinic professionally in medical and business settings as needed
Requirements
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Florida medical license
- Eligible to serve as Medical Director in the state of Florida
- Experience or strong interest in peptide therapy
- Hormone optimization / TRT
- Longevity, functional, or regenerative medicine
- Comfortable in a partnership / profit-split model
- Entrepreneurial mindset — understands this is a build, not a turnkey job
- Strong grasp of clinical compliance and physician oversight requirements
