About the role

  • Responding quickly to warm inbound leads via phone, email, and SMS
  • Qualifying prospects based on budget, urgency, hiring needs, and decision-maker access
  • Booking qualified discovery calls for senior sales leadership
  • Following up consistently on no-shows, stalled conversations, and re-engaged leads

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (required)
  • Experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Rep, or similar role
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners, operators, and hiring managers
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to guide and control a conversation
  • Organized, responsive, and process-driven
  • Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally to the prospect
  • Recruiting, staffing, or HR sales experience is a plus but not required
