About the role
- Source Candidates: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, social media (e.g., Facebook, Reddit), and niche forums to identify and engage both active and passive healthcare professionals.
- Proactive Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through customized messaging and ongoing follow-ups.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and sustain talent pipelines for current and upcoming healthcare roles.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and the Director of Recruiting to understand client needs and tailor sourcing strategies.
- Data & Reporting: Track key metrics such as outreach response rates, engagement levels, and pipeline effectiveness.
- Industry Insight: Keep abreast of healthcare hiring trends and competitive sourcing strategies to optimize recruitment outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proficient with outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Reddit, job boards, and other relevant communities.
- Communication Skills: Strong written communication for crafting personalized outreach messages that convert passive candidates.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple pipelines and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Performance Mindset: Comfortable working with KPIs such as candidate volume, response rates, and conversion ratios.
- Healthcare Familiarity: Prior experience or understanding of healthcare recruiting is a strong plus.
