About the role
- Source candidates daily using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals
- Conduct outreach via calls/messages to qualify interest and fit
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Account Managers for smooth handoffs
- Hit weekly sourcing and submission targets
- Maintain accurate ATS notes and provide regular progress updates
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience (construction industry preferred)
- Skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up abilities
