Key responsibilities & impact

Bring a finance and analytics lens to the questions that gate revenue decisions.
Get the team to a clear answer faster.
Run cross-brand analyses on franchisee performance, program economics, and growth opportunities that drive revenue.
Build the analytical case behind budget proposals and investment decisions.
Develop scenario models that compress the time between question and decision.
Maintain visibility into key initiatives, timelines, and project priorities.
Drive follow-through across cross-functional workstreams and help remove blockers proactively.
Support Finance with marketing data, forecasting, and business performance analyses.
Collaborate with Operations, NSO, FranDev, and other internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, business operations, finance, consulting, growth strategy, or a related analytical discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience using business intelligence or reporting tools
Ability to balance analytical work with operational execution in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience building presentations and communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels
Self-starter mentality with the ability to proactively identify needs and drive work forward independently
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve efficiency and support decision-making
Comfortable operating in a PE-backed environment where functions are measured against business outcomes
Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives
Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions
