Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
7+ years of experience in youth ministry, parachurch ministry, or a related field
Proven track record of building and scaling programs
Familiarity with Protestant and Catholic youth ministry landscapes
Exceptional communication skills
Strategic thinking and operational discipline
Experience managing direct reports
