About the role
- Manage the development of advancement chapters, new chapters, focus chapters, and any other chapters determined to need additional support
- Provide oversight and direct implementation of strategies that work to push chapters in these specific programs to grow and retain members
- Ensure chapters are financially stable and create a positive chapter culture and experience
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional work and/or volunteer experience with fraternities and sororities
- Experience with multi-site entities and working with remote/off-site volunteers and personnel
- Strong service orientation, outstanding presentation skills and professionalism
- Excellent organization skills, self-discipline and attention to detail
- Works with a sense of urgency, can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products; technical aptitude to learn internal systems and required packages.
- Membership in Alpha Chi Omega or another Greek social organization
