Account Executive, Cosmetics

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Visit potential and existing clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions, including technical support.
- Prospect new or inactive clients, applying negotiation and closing techniques.
- Identify business opportunities and prospect new clients within the geographical area assigned by the company, expanding the sales pipeline.
- Analyze the market and competitors, reporting trends and opportunities, including potential new products.
- Monitor the internal sales process from prospecting through deal closure.
- Report sales results and activities through visit reports to the manager, using CRM tools when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Meet sales targets established by the company.
- Attend events and trade shows related to the sector.
- Act in accordance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Perform other activities of similar nature and complexity as directed by management or as required by the job, seeking to optimize processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency with computers and CRM tools
- Availability for frequent travel and commuting
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- University degree (Bachelor's) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
