Support Mission Critical complex large scale application development and maintenance.
Provide Tier 3 support for public facing applications.
Design and develop quick prototypes.
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems.
Provider development support on-premises application.
Participate on an agile O/M team.
Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Requirements

Education: BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or similar degree.
Experience/Skills: Federal agency requires US Citizenship.
Proficient communication, facilitation, mediation, and verbal and written communication skills to be demonstrated upon interview.
Client-facing skills are required.
7+ years of experience in Microsoft legacy environment, ASP (Classic/Native), VB.NET, DLLs, COM+.
Must have experience with Azure cloud environment, IIS Server on VMs.
Experience with Active Directory, ADFS and Azure Entra.
Experience with GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, Microsoft TFS and CI/CD pipelines.
Must have experience with SQL Server.
Must have Experience with Stored Procedures and SSIS Packages.
Possess high attention to detail with ability to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures.
Experience in solving complex business issues- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
