About the role
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding coordination).
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create scorecards, and design effective interview processes.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Drive an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our brand and culture.
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate satisfaction) and continuously improve.
- Contribute to employer brand initiatives by showcasing our culture, people, and mission in the hiring process.
- Stay current on talent trends in eCommerce, sports nutrition, and DTC marketing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in DTC, consumer brands, or fast-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices – sourcing, assessments, interviewing, and offers.
- Experience hiring across marketing, creative, operations, and product roles.
- Excellent communicator who can influence, engage, and build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Results-oriented and highly organized; comfortable managing multiple searches at once.
- Passion for fitness, sports nutrition, or performance-driven brands is a big plus.
