About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure operational excellence in the implementation of insurance policies, ensuring documents and registrations are thoroughly reviewed and kept up to date.
Provide prompt support in communications between the company, branches and insurers to enable protection of the group’s assets.
Assist in reviewing and organizing policies, certificates and other insurance documents;
Perform registrations, updates and controls in the department’s internal system;
Request coverages from insurers and support the issuance of policies and certificates;
Assist in communication with internal teams, insurers and branches;
Contribute to the administrative and operational routines of the Insurance Implementation area;
Maintain contact and negotiate with insurers, branches and partners;
Prepare and monitor department controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a higher education program.
Intermediate knowledge of transportation insurance.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, collaborative attitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
Experience with policy management systems, preferably Quiver.
