About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the attraction, selection, and hiring of talent who possess the ideal technical and cultural fit, managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes with autonomy, quality, and a focus on candidate experience and the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle from job opening to onboarding, ensuring adherence to SLAs, with a focus on recruiting and selecting strategic positions, including Specialists, Coordinators, Managers, and other leadership roles.
  • Conduct detailed alignment meetings with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of the desired technical and behavioral profile for the role. Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks) to attract passive and active candidates, with an emphasis on hunting strategies.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews (competency-based, semi-structured, or panel), applying tests and exercises to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Prepare detailed and technical interview reports to present to hiring managers, supporting the candidate recommendation.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as SLA, source of hire, and early turnover rate.
  • Contribute to maintaining and promoting the employer brand across various channels and events.
  • Manage candidate feedback processes, ensuring a positive experience regardless of the outcome.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in competency-based interviews and other assessment tools (tests and behavioral inventories).
  • Experience in hunting/sourcing candidates across different hierarchical levels.
  • Experience conducting selection processes for strategic positions, including Specialists, Coordinators, Managers, and other leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable labor legislation.
