Sales Consultant III – SME Benefits

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Expand Alper's client portfolio through active prospecting of leads, networking, and database mining.
- Work consultatively to prepare market studies, quotes, and benefit proposals (health and dental).
- Ensure excellence at all stages of the sales cycle — from prospecting to implementation.
- Ensure a smooth client transition to the service/operations teams.
- Prospect new clients by responding to leads;
- Prospect from your own network;
- Prospect from client lists provided by the company;
- Update the company CRM daily;
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings;
- Prepare quotes for health and dental plans;
- Conduct market studies comparing provider networks, pricing, and differentiators;
- Analyze the rules and terms established in contracts;
- Prepare document checklists required for contract issuance;
- Complete the onboarding/implementation form;
- Prepare and send commercial proposals;
- Track and ensure processes from prospecting through sale implementation;
- Participate in events;
- Offer other Alper products;
- Monitor renewals and portfolio transfers for your client base and any clients remaining from other portfolios;
- Track payment of the first installment;
- Participate in commercial trainings (product, sales techniques);
- Conduct handover meetings between operations and relationship teams;
- Manage the sales pipeline;
- Maintain and develop relationships with key clients;
- Lead complex, high-value sales negotiations;
- Interact with providers regarding requests and negotiations;
- Possess deep technical knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and strategic capability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma.
- Experience selling health and dental plans.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting tools.
- Knowledge of carrier/insurer products and management systems.
- ANS regulations (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency).
- Broker portal (broker panel).
- Salesforce.
