About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the execution of corporate strategies, goals, and objectives by implementing action plans to achieve results and maximize financial performance.
  • Promote the company culture.
  • Lead the management close process, supporting other finance teams as needed.
  • Manage the P&L of business units and branches, contributing analyses of variances in revenue, expenses, and overall profitability, and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Manage and monitor financial performance indicators.
  • Support various company areas with performance analyses (actual vs. budget).
  • Prepare management presentations of results for the Board of Directors, Executive Board, and other leaders.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Corporate Finance.
  • Accounting.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
  • PowerPoint.
  • SQL.
