Relationship Manager II – Corporate Insurance

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect new products within the Unit’s active client base, managing the full end-to-end sales cycle from mapping to closure.
- Foster relationships with all Alper Business Units (BUs), identifying and promoting cross-sell opportunities.
- Originate and expand the commercial relationship between the brokerage and the client, focusing on increasing market share and strategically renewing contracts.
- Achieve established financial targets and results through rigorous management of negotiation steps.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring daily updates of information and monitoring the progress of negotiations.
- Lead negotiations with the technical and placement teams to deliver the best solutions for the client.
- Ensure client portfolio retention by acting as a facilitator between internal areas and guaranteeing excellent service.
- Hold periodic meetings with insured clients to review accounts and align expectations.
- Present competitive commercial terms negotiated with insurers, ensuring the specific needs of each business are met.
- Monitor the policy lifecycle, including tracking expirations, payment flows, and premium collections.
- Ensure that the contracted technical conditions comply with the needs identified during the initial mapping.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM field.
- Commercial experience in the insurance market (brokerage and/or insurer).
- Broad, generalist knowledge across all insurance lines, especially Corporate Risk.
- Intermediate English is desirable.
