About the role

  • Responsible for developing and executing the communication plan for each implementation project, ensuring beneficiary engagement and understanding of newly contracted products and services.
  • Acts strategically with the client and internal areas, planning actions and materials that ensure clear, consistent communication aligned with operational processes.
  • Understands the context, audience profile and product being implemented to tailor communication effectively and personally.
  • Builds the communication strategy for each project in partnership with the client, ensuring clarity, engagement and proper positioning of benefits.
  • Prepares the communication plan, recommending appropriate materials, channels and formats for each audience.
  • Creates materials, announcements, information sheets, presentations and visual content aligned with the company identity and client guidelines.
  • Delivers presentations, trainings and briefings on new products and services, both online and in person.
  • Holds Q&A sessions to clarify doubts for policyholders and provide support to partner areas.
  • Collaborates with internal teams involved (Implementation, Operations, Layout/Design, Administration, Customer Relations and Technology) to ensure systems and registries are correct before product and material rollout.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of Alper’s internal services and products, ensuring consistency and accuracy of communications with clients and policyholders.
  • Monitors the progress of implementations, adjusting communication as the project evolves.
  • Keeps communication materials and templates organized and up to date, contributing to standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Works consultatively and collaboratively, proposing improvements and innovations in project engagement and communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Experience as a presenter/trainer at an insurance brokerage or insurer
  • Systems: PowerPoint, Canva, and material layout/design systems
  • Knowledge of insurer products, differentiators and services
  • Familiarity with ANS and SUSEP regulations
  • Clear communication, professional presentation and public speaking skills
