About the role

  • Responsible for performing operational and analytical activities within the purchasing process, ensuring the supply of materials and services with appropriate quality, lead time, and cost while following internal policies and procedures.
  • Conduct basic supplier quotations and negotiations;
  • Issue and monitor purchase orders;
  • Develop and maintain the supplier database;
  • Review internal requisitions and ensure adherence to company policies;
  • Compare and reconcile commercial proposals (price, lead time, payment terms);
  • Monitor deliveries and assist in resolving discrepancies during negotiations;
  • Update purchasing KPIs and reports;
  • Ensure compliance and proper documentation management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields);
  • Experience in purchasing, procurement/supply, and negotiations;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Negotiation experience;
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes;
  • Preferred: Experience with ERP systems or custom purchasing software;
  • Organized;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Proactive;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work in a team.
