About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the definition and execution of the strategic and operational marketing plan aligned with Alpega’s business objectives
  • Contribute to annual digital campaign planning and promotional initiatives across markets and segments
  • Support website optimization initiatives to increase traffic, conversion, and demand generation
  • Collaborate on paid media campaigns (mainly Google Ads and Meta) to generate qualified leads
  • Contribute to the analysis of campaign performance and propose data-driven improvements
  • Support market research and customer analysis to define target segments and audience profiles
  • Analyze marketing and commercial data to support decision-making and campaign strategy
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to key stakeholders
  • Participate in the implementation and evaluation of conversational AI initiatives focused on lead qualification
  • Work with marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Mandatory Undergraduate student in 3rd or 4th year, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
  • Proactive, curious, and critical thinker with strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus
  • Interest in strategic marketing, digital channels, and data-driven decision-making
  • Preferred Previous internship experience in marketing, business analysis, or digital roles
  • Knowledge of strategic and operational marketing concepts
  • Interest in SaaS, B2B marketing, or technology-driven environments
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and marketing technology tools
