About the role
- Part of the international finance team
- Act as an essential interface between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Responsible for all payroll related tasks in some entities
- Reconciling monthly payroll from external payroll provider
- Collecting and reviewing time sheet data and payroll information
- Maintaining payroll systems including employment hires and terminations
- Calculation of salaries, overtime, commission, bonus, vacation days, etc.
- Providing monthly payroll data to the external payroll provider
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns from stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records on the employee database and payroll documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a payroll specialist for at least 1 (internship and above)
- Degree in administration, finance or related fields
- Fluent English level (b2 or above)
- High numerical aptitude
- Keen interest on accounting principles and payroll practices
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality and detail
- Robust organizational ability with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
