Requirements

  • Senior product leadership experience (sr Director, VP or equivalent) in B2B SaaS within the Frieght Transportation/Logistics industry
  • Proven ownership of complex product portfolios
  • Track record of building or transforming product management teams
  • Experience working closely with engineering leadership in technically complex environments
  • Exposure to platform, marketplace, or network-effect businesses is a strong advantage
  • Strong judgment in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to make and communicate clear prioritization decisions
  • Structured, outcome-oriented thinking
  • Comfortable engaging in healthy debate at executive level
  • Calm, credible leadership style that builds trust across functions.
