About the role
- Own end-to-end lifecycle, lead management, and automation design in HubSpot
- Define and maintain lead scoring, routing, and nurture frameworks aligned with business intent
- Ensure automation is scalable, documented, and aligned with attribution and reporting standards
- Define and govern marketing and pipeline KPIs
- Build and maintain dashboards and data models linking campaigns to pipeline and revenue
- Ensure attribution logic is consistent, defensible, and board-ready
- Own HubSpot–Salesforce integration logic and governance
- Evaluate, implement, and govern marketing and RevOps tools (enrichment, intent, event capture, automation)
- Ensure data integrity, system scalability, and operational efficiency across the tech stack
- Define standards for campaign setup, tracking, naming conventions, and QA
- Oversee multi-channel campaign execution in collaboration with Marketing and Growth teams
- Ensure campaigns support growth priorities and revenue objectives
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Design and document RevOps processes and operating models
- Enable teams through training, documentation, and operational frameworks
- Act as the primary RevOps partner for Marketing, Sales Operations, and Commercial Excellence
- Translate strategic objectives into executable operational plans
- Mentor and support RevOps Specialists and contributors
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Growth Operations
- Fluent English, written and spoken & Spanish highly valued
- Advanced expertise in HubSpot, including automation architecture and lifecycle design
- Strong analytical and data modelling mindset
- Experience defining attribution frameworks and KPI models
- Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
- Nice to have: Salesforce experience and CRM integration ownership
- Nice to have: Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau)
- Nice to have: Experience supporting ABM and outbound-assisted growth motions
