About the role

  • Execute email, nurture, and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Support multi-touch journeys across inbound, outbound, and event-driven flows.
  • Ensure correct campaign setup, QA, tracking, and documentation.
  • Support operational execution for events, webinars, and third-party campaigns.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives in collaboration with Growth Marketing, Sales Ops, and RevOps.
  • Execute Target Account List (TAL) uploads and activations based on analyst-owned segmentation.
  • Maintain account and contact-level logic to support buying group and outbound-assisted journeys.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust HubSpot workflows based on defined data rules and segmentation logic.
  • Ensure workflows are scalable, well-documented, and aligned with lifecycle and attribution frameworks.
  • Partner with the RevOps Data Analyst to translate segmentation and data logic into executable automation.
  • Act as a power user and first line of troubleshooting for workflow-related issues.
  • Support implementation and rollout of marketing and RevOps tools (enrichment, intent, event capture, automation).

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken. Ideally, also Spanish.
  • Marketing Operations execution: hands-on experience running marketing campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
  • Marketing automation expertise: strong ability to design, build, and maintain automation workflows (preferably in HubSpot).
  • Workflow design & QA: proven experience creating scalable, well-structured, and documented workflows.
  • Campaign operations: setup, execution, testing, and monitoring of email, nurture, and event-related campaigns.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: ability to work closely with Growth Marketing, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, and Creative & Content teams.
  • Operational mindset: strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow defined processes consistently.
  • Experience supporting ABM or account-based initiatives.
