About the role
- Responsible for the south region of Poland to maintain and develop the sales of our Freight Exchange Business (Teleroute).
- Conduct heavy prospection activities (hunting, cold calling).
- Continuously travel within geographical scope.
- Manage a set of accounts within portfolio (SMB and Enterprise).
- Plan customer appointments and find leads independently.
- Report activities on a continuous and consistent basis in our CRM: Sales Force.
- Frequently interact with other Field Sales, Inside Sales Team, Customer Success and Support Team.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in selling and/or transport & logistics (ideally including client visits).
- Interest or knowledge in the transportation industry
- Good knowledge of excel and PowerPoint
- Native Polish language and good command of English
- Proven hunting capacities, cold calling and building and maintaining a sales funnel
- Proven capacity to close deals; proven solution selling capacities
- Excellent track record of managing a portfolio of existing accounts and closing deals
- Highly organized, with strong analytical- and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a dynamic fast-paced and changing environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, passionate and works independently, whilst being a strong team player
